AIOps Developer
Offshore (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AIOps solutions, focusing on event management, discovery, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AIOps implementations.
- Implement event management processes to automate event correlation, analysis, and remediation using AIOps platforms.
- Develop and customize discovery tools to identify and map IT infrastructure components, applications, and dependencies.
- Enhance and maintain the CMDB by integrating data from various sources and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics models to improve IT operations efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AIOps solutions with existing IT monitoring, ticketing, and orchestration systems.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of AIOps implementations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AIOps solutions, including incident resolution and problem management.
- Stay updated on emerging AIOps technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AIOps Developer with expertise in AIOps implementation, including event management, discovery, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in AIOps platforms such as Moogsoft, IBM Watson AIOps, or Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI).
- Strong understanding of IT operations processes, infrastructure components, and application architectures.
- Experience with event correlation and analysis techniques, including rule-based and machine learning-based approaches.
- Hands-on experience with discovery tools like ServiceNow Discovery or BMC Discovery.
- Knowledge of CMDB concepts and experience in CMDB implementations and data reconciliations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for automation and integration tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with offshore and onshore teams.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
