ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Remote
Offshore – 3-5 Years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Knowledge Management, and HR Service Catalog.
- Develop custom workflows, forms, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance HR processes and user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, web services, and MID Servers.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD applications, including incident resolution and problem management.
- Keep abreast of ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with specialization in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with experience in implementing HRSD solutions.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Scripting (JavaScript), Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, and UI Pages.
- Experience in ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
