Job description:
- Acqusition of new clients for Life Insurance products.
- Managing portfolio and providing Investment advisory services.
- Ensuring Pre-Decided targets for the team are met on a regular basis.
- Driving metrics around individual performance ,quality ,talktime and numbers of calls being made by team.
- Maintains periodic status reports including daily activity matrix and calls/follow-ups made.
- Daily sales number reporting to seniors. - Handling complete insurance process.
- To lead , motivate and train the team members responsible of handling the entire team which includes from tele sales officers and coordinator.
