General Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing operations for the HWE IT with a focus on Compute. This position drives data-driven decision-making, supply demand optimization, and collaboration across departments to support HWE IT business management and growth. The responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Compute BU Product Managers, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to manage supply and demand effectively.
• Understanding Compute business strategies related to customer/product planning and capacity forecasting.
• Driving Forecasting and Design Win Tracking.
• Facilitating cross-functional team meetings to align stakeholders on New Product Introduction plans, manufacturing capacity, and supply execution.
• Coordinating closely with BU Operations New Product Introduction, Forecasting, and Sustaining Lifecycle Management teams.
• Serving as the point of contact for customer escalations and resolution from a business operations perspective by working with cross-functional team
• Providing recommendations for process improvements and operational decisions.
• Identify, monitoring and addressing risks, demand shifts, and opportunities based on a deep understanding of the business and available data.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
OR
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years of business operations or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field 7+ years business operations or related experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 7+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization
• 7+ years of experience managing multiple high visibility, strategic and complex projects with minimal supervision
• 7+ years in using data and analytics to solve problems
• 7+ years experience in Compute industry is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
•    5+ years of related business process analysis experience.
