Associate Director- Learning & Development

- Leading L&D function for Verizon India, supporting all the groups operating within the country
- Designing and implementing learning strategy for Verizon India in alignment with the key learning needs of our clients groups operating in Verizon India
- Collaborating with GL&D teams to deliver Verizon’s learning offerings to India employees
- Designing & delivering custom solutions to meet location specific learning needs by leveraging local external vendors
- Building and maintaining great relationships with our client group leadership teams in Verizon India
- Ensuring compliance with all local and global, legal and process requirements in day to day L&D operations at Verizon India
- Representing GL&D and Verizon India in industry forums in support of increasing brand visibility for the company
- Delivering training on leadership development, new hire and other areas in partnership with GL&D teams, as needed
Where you’ll be working…
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or 6 or more years of experience of leading L&D function in global matrixed GIC organization
- Preferably having experience in delivering leadership development training
