Purchase Executive
Controlling the purchase according to plan and procured of all items well in time.

Negotiating, price and decision making of products with Quality from suppliers with
Strong relationship.

Managing, developing & improving with the purchasing team, with self improvement

Preparing & Processing, Requisitions, Purchase Orders for purchases with indent No.
5
Managing vendor relationships with effective creative supply chain partnerships.
6
Co-ordination & interaction with other Department Staff etc
7
Required BOM & finalize the daily, weekly & monthly basis.
8 Raised the Purchase Orders with ideal Schedule & Receive the Material accordingly.
9 Check the Monthly Planning & discuss with PPC Department accordingly if required
10 Shared the view / experienced with implementing systems of inventory management
avoiding over-stocking/shortage and wastage.
11 Daily Co-ordination with subordinates staff & seeing their activities on daily basis

Suriety the material providing for interrupted supply in production department.

To make the Weekly & Monthly MIS Report, with inventory cycle time.

Findout the shortage of items on weekly basis & shown in MIS Report with standard
Formula.

To make the monthly MRM & Reviewing the Monthly Inventory
Value, Consumption, wastage, Receiving the material etc
16.Maintain Minimum Stock in Store for all Raw materials on daily basis.
