Team Lead, Software Operations
Job Purpose:\u00A0\u00A0
The Order Processing Team Lead is responsible to supervise, guide and motivate the Order Processing team on a daily basis in addition to extended support to manager. As a team lead, you will be the contact point for all team members, so communication skills is essential. This position requires the ability to act proactively in ensuring smooth day-to-day team operations and effective collaboration. Team lead is expected to be capable of processing orders for multiple line-cards. Ultimately, a team lead should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. Be in the forefront of process enhancement and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide and motivate team members on daily basis and provide training as and when needed to ensure all orders are completed accurately within SLA.\u00A0
Understands the overall process flow of procurement, finance and compliance in addition to being knowledgeable in sales order for multiple line cards.
Extend support to manager in providing updates, feedback, and ideas as well as assist business team with ad hoc request/inquiries related to orders.
Serve as main contact point for sales team and coordinate with finance, compliance and management team.
Participating in ad hoc project and discussions on reporting
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree with Business, IT, Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
