CF&O Shared Services Engineering -Bengaluru-Vice President

The CF&O Shared Services Engineering team (CFOSS) is a centralized group within Engineering that supports divisional objectives of Compliance, Risk, Controllers and Corporate Treasury. The team provides common services cross divisionally in order to realize efficiencies and establish best practices across the organization. 

Summary of the Role:

The COO and Digital Strategy team is seeking technically proficient team members who can help drive CF&O Shared Services Financials and Strategy across a global team. This specific role will focus heavily on budget planning, oversight on program allocations, open role management, automating solutions, and some vendor management activities. Additionally, the team works with leadership to define the strategy of the group. This includes creating a framework to define CTB and RTB scope, secure senior management buy-in, drive decision making and coordinate across various levels of leadership.   

Basic Qualifications:

• Well-organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and personal initiative 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
• Experience working with and analyzing data 
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, JIRA and SharePoint 
• Experience working with cross functional stakeholders 
• Experience in consulting or financial services within a Program Management or Chief of Staff capacity
• Experience creating and providing senior leadership presentations

Preferred Experience:

• Budget Management and Vendor Management experience is a plus 
• Prior exposure to technology that supports regulatory and/or financial platforms
