What You’ll Do
Looking for an opportunity to be instrumental in the execution, administration, and delivery of base pay compensation?  You’ll be part of a team responsible for the development of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns employee rewards with results that support strategic business objectives. You’ll support the execution of the global compensation department's overall strategy as it relates to total rewards. You’ll analyze, evaluate, and ensure the effectiveness of compensation programs and develop appropriate models, facilitate the design of pay levels, and prepare required proposals for all compensation programs.

You'll report to the Director, Global Compensation. You contribute to the employee experience through the total rewards strategy and programs will enable the company to attract, reward, and retain top talent globally. 

During a Typical Day, You’ll 

  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of base pay programs
  • Supports development and delivery of training programs and management tools to facilitate the implementation of base compensation programs, principles, and practices
  • Provides expertise to support all People and Culture departments with compensation-related policies, practices and issues
  • Resource for information, problem-solving, and communication to internal customers as it relates to global pay programs.
  • Maintain Compensation pay structures and conduct market pricing
  • Design communication tools to ensure understanding of various compensation plans
  • Assist in the development and administration of compensation department projects as assigned, including job classification reviews, market pricing analyses, department pay practice audits, and policy development

What You Bring to the Role 

  • 6 years’ of increasingly responsible experience in corporate compensation
  • BA/BS in Human Resources or comparable degree, or equivalent experience
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Thorough understanding of compensation practices and trends
  • Demonstrated project management capability and ability to lead multiple initiatives in a dynamic,  environment
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite applications. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
