Opening with UST GLOBAL for Oracle Retek for Bangalore / Chennai / Trivandrum Location
Job Title: Sr. Systems Analyst
Domain: Oracle Retail Merchandising.
Modules: RMS, RDW, RPM, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, Allocation. Version: 11, 12, 13, and above
- Overall information technology experience 8+ years
- Oracle Retail would need to have at least 3 years of experience
- Systems or application development experience 5+ years
- Designing and implementing new technology 5+ years
- Functional and systems modeling 5+ years
- Business process design and analysis 2+ years
- Resource should have implemented Oracle Retail multiple times in conjunction with other products and be able to make reasoned architectural recommendations and development activities
- Proficient in the understanding and use of Oracle Retail applications
- Strong knowledge of all facets of systems development and operations scenarios
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- High level of flexibility and ability to persevere through periods of significant change and challenge in the business environment.
- Ability to set and communicate clear direction and performance standards and motivate the teams to achieve business goals
