Overview:

The Head of Business Development and Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the business development and sales activities of our recruiting agency. This position requires a dynamic and driven individual with a proven track record in the recruiting industry. You will lead a team of sales professionals, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and report directly to the executive management team.

Responsibilities of the Head of Business Development and Sales (Recruiting / Staffing Industry) :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and industry opportunities to enhance the company's sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our unique value proposition.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in the recruiting and talent acquisition space, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and foster business relationships.

Requirements of the Head of Business Development and Sales (Recruiting / Staffing Industry) :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the recruiting industry or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruiting industry, including trends, best practices, and challenges.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Schedule:

  • Night Shift (USA Business Hours - Eastern Standard Time)
  • Monday- Thursday (9 am - 6 pm EST) & Friday (9 am- 1 pm EST)

Salary:

INR 119,000.00 - INR 297,000.00 per month
