ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant
Location: Hyderabad (Skyview Tower)
Duration: 2 days WFO and 3 days WFH
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, coupled with expertise in configuring and optimizing HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure HRSD modules, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of HR service delivery solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes related to HR service delivery.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to elicit and document functional requirements.
- Analyze HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog to meet business needs.
- Customize HRSD workflows, forms, templates, and notifications to streamline HR processes and enhance user experience.
- Define and document HRSD solution designs, including process flows, data models, and integration requirements.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on HRSD best practices, industry trends, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with HRSD developers and architects to translate functional requirements into technical designs and solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate end-user training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of HRSD solutions.
- Support HRSD implementation projects by providing functional expertise, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a functional consultant or business analyst working on HR service delivery projects, preferably with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations.
- Experience configuring and customizing HRSD modules and functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with HRSD best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR) certifications preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and IT service management (ITSM) practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
