Job Title: Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Delhi-NCR, India

This position will play a critical role in the Global FP&A team working on budget preparations, consolidation, reporting, etc. The individual will work closely with Business Unit Finance teams spread across the globe and help drive the monthly budget refresh & reporting calendar. The Senior Manager FP&A will provide insights that drive the company's strategic decisions, financial forecasts, and operational performance. The position may be based in Delhi-NCR, India and reports directly to the Director – FP&A of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the consolidation & reporting efforts in the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis process, providing high-quality financial support to the company's leadership.
  • Consolidate and publish rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts for the enterprise
  • Drive and support company-wide Fixed Cost optimization projects.
  • Analyze current and past financial data and performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations on areas of improvement.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries for key stakeholders.

  • Manage the financial planning system (OneStream) to ensure it meets the reporting needs of the organization.
  • Drive process improvements in the financial reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Maintain and foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA is highly regarded but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Experience working in global / corporate roles in large scale, global businesses spread across the globe
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter, bringing fresh energy and ideas for the team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Proficiency with financial modeling techniques and tools.
  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial planning applications, especially OneStream

Skills

  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial planning software, specifically SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, BI, Tableau. OneStream experience is a big plus.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (advanced user) & PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking with an attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
