Position: Senior Finance Executive
Job Description:
-> Tax professional with 3-6 years of Taxation experience in the Global organization. -> The relevant experience in Corporate Tax, Transfer pricing is essential.
Qualification: Commerce Graduate , CA Inter/ICWA Qualified with 3-6 years' relevant experience. Relevant experience is more important than the qualification
Tax Compliances
Corporate Direct tax and Indirect Tax compliances including –
->Full compliances under Income Tax Act, GST, STPI, SEZ and related laws and regulations.
->Filing the returns, documents
->TDS compliances
->Understanding of ICDS, MAT provisions
->Handling Assessments
->Managing tax consultants
->Regular procedural compliance
->Interaction with the regulators wherever required.
International Taxation and Transfer Pricing –
->Routine compliances
->Transfer pricing strategy discussions
->Understanding CbCR, Master file (good to have)
->Managing tax consultants
->Handling assessments
->Regular procedural compliance
