Stylist

DESCRIPTION:
Retail Stylists help our customers select fashionable outfits and ensure they leave our store satisfied. Their responsibilities include providing one-on-one customer service, recommending fashionable items and creating complete looks that excite our customers. They should have a flair for fashion and know to style outfits on all body types.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying customer's needs and helping them find clothing that suits their body types
Creating complete looks from head to toe to match client's style
Accurately follow styling guidelines
Offering personalized styling tips
Providing one-on-one customer service
Pick and recommend shoes and accessories that complement customer's outfits
Inform customers about current fashion trends
Provide product details, including fabrics; colour palettes and silhouettes
Suggest alternate outfits and colours to create unique looks
Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
Achieve daily and weekly target

QUALIFICATION:
Graduates (Bachelors/ Diploma) in Fashion Design.

KEY PERFORAMNCE OBJECTIVES (KPOs):
1. Sales: Drive sales in the store by converting at-least 20% of the walk-ins who go for styling
2. Service: How many customers were satisfied with their styling advice and shopped from us.
3. Commerciality: Should be able to drive commercials by recommending the style advice for the Top BU and also by pushing the sales of non-moving items
4. Communication: Be able to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer services/ solutions accordingly
5. People: Work in collaboration with front-end team and simultaneously training them on the new styles; trends and fashion
