Datastage Sr Developer for TRIVANDRUM
Job Description :-
The Designer role requires the candidate to perform the following specific tasks:
• Experience developing Datastage (8.7) solutions
• Must have good experience in employing all/most of the DS transformations/techniques
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and implement ETL interfaces and UNIX scripts
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle 11g)
• Translates business requirements into Design Specs
• Performs testing to assure the delivery of a solution that meets business specifications
• Provides guidance and support to less experienced team members for design, development, testing and implementation
• Collaborates with the Onshore/client teams to deliver the designed solutions within the allotted time frame
• Able to perform as a Team Leader when necessary
