What You’ll be Doing - As a manager you will be responsible for day to day delivery of our ServiceNow project portfolio, managing the plan, delivering quality, coaching our team and providing guidance. Working with our Leaders and business stakeholders, you will be part of our growing ServiceNow team.

You'll report to Director, Systems Software Engineering

During a Typical Day, You’ll

•        Accomplishes organization objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.

•        Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.

•        Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into projects.

•        Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and organization standards, analyzing, and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.

•        Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.

•        Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.

What You Bring to the Role

•        6-8 years’ experience as a people manager leading 5-10+ team members.

•        Experienced with 5+ years in Program and Project Management roles (with ServiceNow) is an asset.

•        A strong Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex programs and projects on time and on budget with a high degree of quality.

•        Familiar with ITIL and Service Management Practices
