• A desire to be part of something innovative that hasn't been done before.
• A passion for crafting delightful and useful user experiences. We want someone who eats, sleeps and breathes design.
• Experience working with design systems and setting up or maintaining component libraries.
• Excellent graphic design skills and a passion for applying that to user interfaces.
• A great understanding of UX principles and the ability to demonstrate how you have applied these to your work (having end-to-end UX skills isn't essential for this role but would be considered a bonus).
• An understanding of the latest native patterns for Android and iOS or web standards.
• Experience working in agile environments, working with User Researchers, Developers, Product Managers, QAs and other Designers.
• The ability to show or explain how prototypes were used to develop and validate your designs.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to help drive your design decisions.
• Have a proven track record of presenting and documenting decisions. Showing end-to-end user flows in a clear and easy to understand manner.
• Experience in presenting concepts and recommendations to senior decision makers.
• A willingness to learn and be open to feedback on your work, as well, offering constructive advice to others in the team.
