Why this job matters Delivering quality digital features and solutions for our customers is at the heart of everything we do. As a Project Management Officer you will be individual responsible for building up strong relationship with senior stakeholders within the HR space and overall in the corporate units and become a trusted partner in Program/Project decisions. Act as a role model for junior PMO resources and should be able to identify & drive automation opportunities
What I'll be doing – your accountabilities Skills required for the job
  • Set up & drive PMO governance model for the HR space in Corporate Units across a wide range of stakeholders for programs with higher complexity
  • Drive Program/Project Board Review meetings with contract Partners / Customer Success/ Business Directors
  • Define customized reports/dashboard as per program requirements. Set up reporting/dashboard framework enabling senior stakeholders for decision making
  • Drive and publish Program & Project performance scorecard at Vertical or Sector level
  • Manage Program Jeopardy Management along with Risk Management
  • Conceptualizing, designing and define program specific training academy
  • To set up and design complex SharePoint framework and manage it
  • Able to build up strong relationship with senior stakeholders & End customers and become a trusted partner in Program/Project decisions.
  • Act as a role model for junior PMO resources and should be able to identify & drive automation opportunities

  • Experience of managing PMO setup and program governance
  • Understanding and experience in setting up PMO function and strong understanding on Program/Project governance, Risk & Issue Management, Project Planning and Scheduling, Communication Management & Stakeholder Management
  • Requires experience working in collaboration with multiple/ wider teams
  • Strong knowledge & experience in managing Program Management office function
  • Highly Numerate and Strong knowledge on tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access). Good understanding on SharePoint management and controls
