Job Description :
- Manage installation of the new Access Points in the Dublin Pt of Sale labs.
- Execute test scripts and other project tasks in the Dublin Point of Sale labs.
- Oversee/coordinate the installation of the new Access Points in the offshore Labs
- Single point of Contact for post deployment support for newly deployed wireless infrastructure.
- Create SOPs / MOPs for Ross BAU team.
- Coordinate with wireless vendors as part triage, TAC and RMA
- Coordinate with Ross internal or third parties for any integration related fixes and issues
- Manage technical issues through resolution
- Develop milestones for the support transition workstream
- Managing Aruba access points,
- Clear pass and cloud central
- experience in Access Points network infra , configurations ,troubleshooting
- experience with Aruba Client , Clearpass and Cloud central
- Networking background with working exp in understanding Firewalls, VLANs, Subnets etc
- Based out of Chennai locations would be ideal (So that if visit to lab is needed ,can be enabled)
- Working knowledge of IPv4
- Experience with DHCP and DNS
- Experience with Cisco Switches (3750)
- Experience with Versa Routers.
Panel Feedback:
looking for someone who has the following skills:
- Experience with Cisco IOS.
- Solid understanding of IPv4
- Experience with CAT-6 cabling systems
- Solid understanding of L2 and L3 networking
- Experience with Aruba Access Points , Aruba Central, and ClearPass
- Knowledge of MDM Systems
- Troubleshooting skills
These are the below requirements
1. Working knowledge of IPv4
2. Experience with DHCP, DNS, Windows Servers
3. Experience with Cisco Switches (3750)
4. Experience with Versa Routers.
5. Experience with Powershell
Experience in Access Points network infra , configurations ,troubleshooting
