Job Description :-
- Experience in Middleware Technologies WAS/Client on UNIX, LINUX, SOLARIS and Windows environments.
- Experience on Apache Tomcat/JBOSS on UNIX/LINUX environment.
- Experienced in Installation, Configuration, Trouble-Shooting of IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Strong Knowledge and Expertise in Installing Different Packages of WAS in Linux and Windows Operating Systems
- Deploy applications on multiple WebSphere servers and maintained Load balancing techniques(Horizontal and Vertical Clustering), high availability and Failover functionality using Work Load Management (WLM)
- Proficient in deploying applications in WAR, JAR, and EAR formats, as requested by the application teams on the respective environments
- Strong Knowledge in configuring JDBC Provider and JMS connection factories, Configured Web Sphere Application Server in conjunction with DB2, Oracle
- Successful implementations of Work Load Management (WLM) using clustering techniques
- Administering and monitoring tasks related to the support of Web Sphere Application Server (WAS) in Linux and Windows Environment
- Configuring Global Security, SSL, LDAP at given scope and created users roles for monitoring application server, console users and console Groups
- Experienced in handling multiple application server nodes using WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment Manager
- Good Knowledge at trouble shooting various problems in different stages of development using log files and Traces
- Experienced in configuring security and session management, performance tuning, and applying patches and fix-packs of WebSphere Application Server on AIX and Windows environments
- Technical abilities include installations, configurations, and technical support
- Strong knowledge on Web Sphere Application Server 8.x, 9x
