Job Description:
As a ServiceNow ITSM Specialist with UI/UX and Integration expertise, you will play a key role in enhancing our IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, improving user experience, and driving seamless integration across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user-friendly interfaces and experiences within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring intuitive navigation and optimal usability for end-users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, forms, and workflows to align with UI/UX best practices and meet business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems, leveraging APIs and web services to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of UI/UX designs and integrations, identifying and resolving issues promptly to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, administrators, and developers on UI/UX design principles, ServiceNow functionality, and integration best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design, ServiceNow development, and integration methodologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance ITSM capabilities.
  • Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and integration processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation for reference and audit purposes.
  • Participated in cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing the ServiceNow ITSM team and contributing to the overall success of IT service delivery within the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, Implementation Specialist) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing UI/UX solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, forms, and workflows to optimize user experience and meet business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, including experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Server configuration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used for UI/UX design and customization within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding capabilities preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
