In this role, you will be a part of a high performing team responsible for E2E delivery of the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the GBF projects. Business liaison, Finances, Change Management and cross-functional development will fall within the ambit of your responsibilities.

Why this Job Matters The purpose of the role is to interact with stakeholders on a regular basis, manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
Delivering quality digital features and solutions for our customers is at the heart of everything we do. As a Software Engineering Manager you will be a single point of contact responsible for planning and delivering the changes across the board. Provide functional and technical design capability to meet both the customer and business needs whilst matching expectations for ROI, quality, reliability and speed to market. What I'll be doing your accountabilities Skills required for the job
  • Use Agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities, holding others to account for
delivery, and swiftly responding to changing requirements.
  • Ensuring delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
  • Lead and develop high performing teams to build knowledge, capacity and capability within teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring the team and thir parties are delivering to configuration, development, engineering , testing and methodology standards.
  • Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators, to generate actionable improvements
to the quality of service offered.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest technology, software development technologies and methodologies
  • Promote resilience and responsiveness in the organisation by being open and honest about challenges, and the actions required to address unexpected developments.
  • Identify, manage and seek to resolve technical risks and issues against business requirements.
  • Proactively drive innovation, with new ideas and options made available by new technology and process.
  • Expertise in identifying key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.
  • Extensive background in delivering complex projects throughout the application e2e lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements.
  • Expert in Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
  • Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
  • Experience in Reporting and Analytics Strategy.
  • Expert in both SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in working with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.

  • Experience of working with teams based across multiple time zones
  • Experience in the use of corporate wikis and work collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA
