Across Platform Solutions (PS), we power our clients to serve and create better loyalty with their own clients and customers by delivering agile and modern cloud-based, developer-centric financial solutions. PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by key horizontal functions across engineering, operations and risk management:   

  • Transaction Banking (TxB), a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system 
  • Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers 
  • Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers 
  • ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL 

As part of TxB’s global risk team, you will help lead and manage audit and regulatory engagements across multiple internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with lots of energy that has excellent communication skills, enjoys product and engineering challenges, and can operate in a highly fluid, rapidly changing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate the timely, complete, and accurate execution of concurrent internal and external audit and regulatory engagements by (1) coordinating and tracking requests, (2) gathering relevant evidence from authoritative sources, and (3) reviewing evidence to confirm it meets the request’s requirements prior to submission 
  • Assist in fact-finding, data analysis, and supporting documentation collation in response to findings 
  • Design, socialize, and track the timely implementation of remedial actions to address control gaps 
  • Prepare documentation of key processes, transaction flows, and controls for external and internal audiences 
  • Monitor ongoing adherence to TxB and Firmwide control programs, provide early warnings to responsible parties, and drive completion of required actions 
  • Support regulatory engagements and routines, as required, including keeping up to date with various applicable regulations, reporting and other regulatory interactions 
  • Collaborate closely with second line of defense (2LOD) and third line of defense (3LOD) partners 
  • Establish trusted partnerships with peers, functional leads, and executive level stakeholders 
  • Update and maintain documentation for team processes and best practices 
  • Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environment 
  • Manage ongoing and detailed project plans to drive key deliverables to completion 
  • Provide clear and concise updates to leadership 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in risk, audit, regulatory and/or compliance 
  • Ability to analyze internal and external processes and integration to understand risks and identify controls 
  • Understanding of relevant audit and control standards and the ability to drive and maintain the compliance 
  • Ability to be creative, collaborate widely and deliver on key risk objectives in a fast-paced start-up environment 
  • Strong presentation skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, and leadership presence
  • Ability to manage several projects/tasks simultaneously 
  • Team oriented; strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Prior Transaction Banking/Commercial Banking/Payments experience 
  • Knowledge of SOC 1/2 reporting
