Lead Consultant – Business Analyst
In this role you will be responsible to work with business to gather the requirements in detail, work with IT team to build the appropriate solution & do validation testing.
 
 
Responsibilities

• Create business requirements, specifications and other documents in support of projects. (BRD or FRD)
• Be the primary point of contact to work with the business team for developing requirements that meet the business needs of clients
• Identify, capture and translate any operational requirements into clear Functional Use Cases/business processes
• Serve as a liaison between the business and IT (Dev team) to provide functional and technical solutions that meet user needs
• Identify problems within business, including through data modelling techniques
• Lead detailed analysis with line staff, wider Ops groups and Business units to formulate and consolidate business requirements/user stories
• Perform validation testing on work performed by Developers before handling it over to Client/User teams
• Deliverables:-
  • Business Analysis Plan/ Business Cases
  • Business requirements specifications
  • Current State Analysis
  • Functional Requirements Specification
  • Test Plans, Test Cases, or User Acceptance Test Plans

 
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor in Computer Science (BE or B.Tech)
Preferred qualifications

• Very good data analysis
• Good knowledge of Market Risk
• Good experience working in Agile methodology (Able to write user story)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
