Engineering Manager

Diverse Lynx India Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru, Karnataka (Onsite) Full-Time
 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Experience with Desktop based products preferable from .net background and from Product company.
  • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Serve as the engineering manager and hands on technical expert.
  • Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering team to use and abide by.
  • Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects
  • Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff.
  • Conduct various quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects.
  • Monitor and determine various staffing and training needs
  • Hire, train, and supervise engineering staff members
  • Spearhead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers and contractors.
  • Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally.
  • Answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering team members.
Engineering Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering with 14+ Years of exp.
  • Must have exp in Desktop product development.
  • Must have worked as an Engineering Manager in a Product Company in the past for at least 3 years, preferably having hands on experience in financial domain.
  • Should have experience in .Net, Delphi.
Master's degree in engineering, management or business administration preferred
