- Short-listing the suitable profiles based on client requirements..
- Sourcing and screening consultants from various recruiting sources Self-created databank.
- Searching the consultants as per the Job description & Specifications Short-listing the suitable profiles based on client requirements by using Job Portals (Dice.com, Carrier Builder, Monster, Tech fetch, and Internal portal Etc.)
- Screening, telephonic interview. Coordinating & scheduling interviews, which include the following up with the consultants.
