- Certification Cisco CCVP or equivalent work experience. CCIE Voice preferred.
- Courses completed for UCCE or equivalent work experience with UCCE, Enterprise preferred, but Express acceptable.
- Excellent planning and follow-up skills excellent written & verbal communications skills should have experience managing Network operations for a small to medium sized facility.
- Experience in experience troubleshooting a globally distributed UC and VoIP environment. Minimum 3-5 years of PSTN experience.
- Experience working with telecom vendors to install and troubleshoot data voice lines
- Extensive hands on experience with L3 Network Operations break fix issues LAN, WAN, Firewall, etc. Experience working on site level data room components UPS, network patch cabling, infrastructure cabling out to users
- Hands on experience with site level networking components routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Identify and replace malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.

- Monitor system performance and resource utilization. Provide resource outlook to the manager. Administer Video Teleconference Systems

- Preferable a manufacturing facility so that he is aware of contingency planning.
- Proven record of participating as a resource on site level infrastructure projects of different scope and complexity
- Strong knowledge of H323, SCCP, MGCP,SIP, TFTP, DHCP, TCPIP, HSRP, ISDN Q931, HDLC, EIGRP protocols
- Strong knowledge of routers, switches and gateways 29xx, 38xx, 39xx, 3850, 3750, 4xxx, VGxxx
- Strong knowledge of VLANs and QoS Strong knowledge of TDM T1, DS3, FXO, FXS, DSUs, PRI
- The NOILs may be asked to run select sub projects to assist a technical project manager who may be located in a different StateRegioan Work independently and without supervision on project tasks assigned Desktop PC experience to be able to work with and support end users in deployments Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at technical and business levels.
- The NOILs will be expected perform site discovery documentation and task reporting. Active Cisco Microsoft certifications helpful
- Working knowledge of Firewalls and ACLs.
- Working knowledge of Windows 2008 and 2012 servers and Active Directory.
