  • Strong knowledge of H323, SCCP, MGCP,SIP, TFTP, DHCP, TCPIP, HSRP, ISDN Q931, HDLC, EIGRP protocols
  • Strong knowledge of routers, switches and gateways 29xx, 38xx, 39xx, 3850, 3750, 4xxx, VGxxx
  • Strong knowledge of VLANs and QoS Strong knowledge of TDM T1, DS3, FXO, FXS, DSUs, PRI
  • The NOILs may be asked to run select sub projects to assist a technical project manager who may be located in a different StateRegioan Work independently and without supervision on project tasks assigned Desktop PC experience to be able to work with and support end users in deployments Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at technical and business levels.
  • The NOILs will be expected perform site discovery documentation and task reporting. Active Cisco Microsoft certifications helpful
  • Working knowledge of Firewalls and ACLs.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 2008 and 2012 servers and Active Directory.
