Job Title SAS Programmer / SAS Developer Brief Scope SAS Programming and delivery of projects for Production Data Warehouse (PDW) Reporting to Direct reports None Grade D / E eRRF No. JR No. 1.Qualification Academic & Professional Field of Study Computer Science or IT related Certification SAS 2.Skills & Attributes

2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools.
4. Experience in developing/maintaining and executes test scripts.
5. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
6. Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks/ projects concurrently while insure successful delivery on each project timeline.
7. Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

1. AIX, JAVA knowledge/skills.
2. Automation skills
3. Knowledge in platform i.e. Mainframe, UNIX, LINUX, CITRIX
4. Knowledge in applications i.e. DB2, DataStage, etc
5. Knowledge in scheduling tool i.e. Control-M, SMC, etc
6. Work experience in financial institute/industry

Key Responsibilities

1. Understanding business requirement.
2. Base SAS programming in UNIX environment.
3. Performing UT/SIT/UAT that includes test environment set-up/configuration, batch execution and responding to business queries and clarifications.
4. Supports project deployment activities and post implementation monitoring / support.
5. Supports production issue investigation and resolution whenever need arises.
6. JIRA/ Confluence updates.
