Service Desk Voice Agent
Role: Service Desk Voice Agent
Exp: 3 Yrs to 6 Yrs
Location: Gurgaon
Mode: C2H
• The primary Service Desk Analyst role is that of providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfilment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives
• Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components
• Attending the calls from senior customer executives and leadership team
• Acting as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received
• Identify, escalate, manage resolution, advocate on behalf of the user, inform the user of progress when tickets get escalated to other resolver groups and close Tickets
• Maintain complete and accurate ticket detail in the ticketing tool
