Sales force Dotcom Business Analyst
Technical skills:
Certified Advanced Admin
Proven experience doing projects on Sales Cloud configuration
Proven experience doing projects on Service Cloud configuration
Non-Technical skills:
- Strong verbal and written English
- Pro-active and reliable attitude
- Experience handling business contacts
- Team player :The person will Lead system administration capabilities on the Sales force team
- Work with the developers and the technical architect to create and implement full projects A-Z.
- Implement enhancements rollout and new features to existing applications. Service cloud contact centre implementation, Service cloud HR implementation, Sales cloud implementation for professional services, various force.com implementations
- Facilitating change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
- Maintain interfaces between Salesforce and other applications
- Test Modifications / Troubleshooting / Sales force Helpdesk
- Answer functional questions from users
- Resolve outstanding issues/risks with IT teams and business teams, as needed
- Offer recommendations for improvements.
