JD ID JD_CISMFG_DC_Network_CON-India Role (L1/L2/L3/Service Lead/Tech Lead/Architect) Data Center Network Specialist Position Infrastructure – Consultant Department / PU CISMFG Academic Background Bachelor of Engineering / Technology / Science Overall Experience (in yrs.) 8 - 10 years Location India Skill Summary Technical skills (Required - Mandatory) Handling data center network customer demand like architecture requests, service requests or any other type of network demand.
Develop data center network architectures for large-scale enterprise data centers including in-house cabling. Designs in-house cabling architecture and defines cabling layout.
Develop data center network processes for any data center service especially for hosting stack integration or physical hardware.
Network launch manager for physical hardware at DCs. Coordinates network tasks within the launch process. Discuss and define topics with other shareholder within launch process.
Must have hands-on experience on CheckPoint & Juniper Firewalls, Load Balancer (F5), Proxy devices, AAA services and IPAM services. Technical skills (Required - Nice to have) Knowledge of Software Delivered Data Centers in general and Software Delivered Networks in particular. Language skills needed German and English People skills
  • Should be a good team player.
  • Building collaborative partnership – by interactive regularly with key influencers within and outside organization.
Soft skills
  • Should have acumen for emerging technologies in the networking world.
  • Deep experience Customer Handling and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to handle escalations, be a trusted advisor for the customer and work closely with customers in defining solutions
  • Understanding of service level management process, related agreements – SLA/OLA and workflow steps.
  • Analytical ability
  • Knowledge of capacity management process.
  • Planning and organizing – Optimally organize the workload across the team.
