Project Implementation Manager_Pune Location
Basic Knowledge of Networking is required and project management skills.
Desired Certifications:
PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP - All Certifications should be valid for at least 1 year from the date of Joining
General Description:
PIM is responsible for facilitating and supporting the overall implementation of the network solution for end customer.
Primary Job Functions:
- Manages end to end implementation and lifecycle by establishing initial contact with the client once the service is sold
- Accountable for implementation of network solution for clients (from order, implementing and billings)
- Creating a project schedule to meet contractual requirements & customer needs
- Compiling the resources required supporting the project and negotiating implementation schedules with internal and external resources and suppliers.
- Interact with both internal and external resources to complete provisioning tasks.
- Utilize and update management databases in conjunction with the provisioning process
- Process disconnect orders in all Geographies
- Close cooperation with customer account teams, SMEs, customers and suppliers, etc.
- Data gathering using all available sources & direct contact with the customers
- Calculate the last day of charge and stop the billing
- Update internal administrative systems
- Manage the internal workflow
- Coordinate customer de-installation and equipment shipment
- Good communication skills required for client management.
Qualifications and Availability
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of Project Management skills
Education:
MCA, BE or B-Tech, BS in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
Mandatory Certifications:
ITILV3 Foundation - All Certifications should be valid for at least 1 year from the date of Joining.
Desired Certifications:
PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP - All Certifications should be valid for at least 1 year from the date of Joining
Work Status:
Full time
Working Schedule:
Mainly US/ EMEA hours (with some flexibility based on customer's needs). May have some weekend work depending on customer needs.
On-call availability to support customers during critical situations
