Salesforce.com Developer for Bangalore/Hyderabad

Skill-set description and Responsibilites
- Prior experience in web development and Salesforce.com programming in Apex and Visualforce
- Very solid grounding and basics of Salesforce.com Configuration
- Excellent hands-on on Apex and Visualforce -- this has to be at Expert level, with self-rating of 7.5/10 or greater
- Reasonable experience in Salesforce.com APIs and Integration
- One or more salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, DEV-401, DEV-501) will be an advantage
- Competent to work in ALL phases of applications programming, configuration and design.
- Knows and consistently applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of applications development.
- 5-6 years of professional experience (Minimum of 3 years directly on Coding/Programming work in Salesforce.com Apex and Visualforce)
- Prepares flow charts and systems diagrams to assist in requirements analysis.
- Responsible for preparing design documentation.
- Configures, tests, debugs software and documents programs according to standards, policies and procedures.
- Prepares test data, steps for unit, integration and production testing.
- Works with the Business Analysts and Business counterparts to clarify and document requirements and configuration steps for current and future application requirements.
- Location can be Bangalore or Hyderabad
