Content marketing is an integral part of the digital marketing strategy, as with luxury, telling and selling the stories behind the product is key. For this, we have a team of highly competent content marketers who are responsible for producing and managing a smashing editorial portfolio across our online assets, including our digital content platform, The Watch Guide, various social media platforms, and email marketing as well.

Our team is expanding and we're looking to add to our content marketing vertical. We're looking for a young and passionate individual who has a flair for writing and is looking to make a promising career in the field of content marketing.

Features Writer, The Watch Guide

Profile:
The Watch Guide leads the way in India in producing outstanding digital content on and surrounding luxury watches and brands. Marketed extensively across all social media channels of Ethos Watch Boutiques, this platform is to tell the stories about the biggest names in watchmaking. The Watch Guide is seeking a talented and enthusiastic writer who is keen on luxury content, to help shape the future of the luxury watch industry in India. The individual will be responsible for creating engaging content on The Watch Guide that is at par with the global communications of the world's top luxury brands. These stories will be pivotal for the success of all digital marketing campaigns planned and executed across multiple platforms by the marketing team at Ethos Watches.

This is a key position at Ethos, and we are excited to hire someone who will perpetuate our vision and match our enthusiasm in delivering great content to our customers.

The role will also involve working on The Watch Guide annual print edition.

Qualification requirements:
Preferably a graduate or post graduate in journalism, mass media or English honours, with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in editorial work. Candidates with some background in luxury- or lifestyle-related content will have an edge.

Desired skills:
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with journalism, as well as the understanding of constructing marketable campaigns is a plus
  • Prior experience in handling WordPress is a plus
  • Ability to dedicate oneself to supporting team goals and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take on challenging deadlines and priorities
Age group: 23 to 27 years
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years
Budgeted CTC: INR 6 to 7 lakh PA
