Peoplesoft HCM & PeopleSoft Admin
PS Admin: One
- Should have Exp. in PeopleSoft Application & People Tools Upgrade using PUM/DPK/Change Assistant
- Should have exp. in Common PS Admin related activities like Installing, configuring & maintaining PeopleSoft environments, Hardware & Db sizing, Load Balancing, Identifying & Resolving Performance issues at DB/App-Web Server, Backup activities, Troubleshooting PeopleSoft environment related issues etc.
- Identifying & installing/renewing required Certificates.
- Ability to perform Health check for PeopleSoft Environments.
- Ability to perform identify vulnerability in PeopleSoft Environments and recommend actions to be taken
- Ability to apply recommended patches
- Should have worked as a PeopleSoft Techno Functional consultant in PeopleSoft HCM (9.0/9/1/9.2) Support/Enhancement, Implementation and Upgrade projects
- Should have experience in developing efficient solutions using PeopleSoft People Tools 8.5x - Application designer, App Engine, Component Interface, People Code, Application Package, Workflow/AWE and IB, PSQUERY, DMS, SQR, XMLP
- Should have experience and understanding of PeopleSoft Security – Application, Data, Definition security
- Exp./Exposure in PeopleSoft HRMS Modules – Core HR, ES/Client, Payroll – NAP/GP, Absence management, Performance Management
- Should have exp. in PeopleSoft Upgrade projects – Retrofitting, Impact analysis etc.
- Should have experience in converting Functional Design into Technical Designs
- Should have experience in Debugging techniques used in PeopleSoft, Should be able to identify root cause for reported issues
- Should be able to perform impact analysis before making changes in the code base
- Should be have experience in writing test cases and perform thorough testing
- Should have experience in change/configuration management
- Should have experience in writing complex and efficient SQLs
- Should be able to provide effort estimates
- Should have experience in comparing & migrating code changes between PeopleSoft environments
- Should have good communication skills.
