Networking Engineer
Proposed Designation: Networking Engineer
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / M.Sc / BCA / MCA
Location: Kolkata, India
Required Skills:
- Troubleshooting Network/ISP issues
- Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure that the network stays operational
- Troubleshooting and resolving Desktop issues
- Install/uninstall software's
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Resetting Emails
- New Computer Setup/ New Hardware Setup
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Gather and assist in data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Additional project assigned and able to assist team on another task
- Ability to work in cross functional areas to identify solutions to problem areas and project issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Anticipate problems and recommending solutions
- Must have good communication skills
