At least 10+ years of experience as a BSA

Ability to work with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders to identify the interdependencies and facilitate change and develop Stakeholder Comms

Demonstrated experience of Customer Centricity can prioritise and recommend solutions which add the most value to the business (vs
gold plating the solution)

Demonstrated flexible approach to managing late requirements & scope changes

Superior Analyst, problem-solving, quantitative and critical thinking abilities



Strong attention to detail to ensure features are both functionally complete and meet user experience criteria

Ability to identify non-functional requirements (eg
security, release strategy etc)

Can perform risk assessments on solution & delivery options

Hands on analyst who can work closely with developers to evolve workable solutions

Can demonstrate persistence and tenacity in chasing stakeholders, tracking & closing down tasks

Must have experience in liaising with Product Owner, Java Developers, Testers and Cross functional teams

Must have knowledge and experience working in Agile Environment using SCRUM framework

Must have wide Onsite Client facing or Client interacting experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate product requirements, especially to agile development team

Ensure backlog health for all the scrums under the purview of engagement

Expertise in coaching, training or assisting junior BA's

Effective time management skills; Able to work independently and manage deadlines/projects

Experienced in applying skills using Word, Excel, Confluence and Visio software

Experienced in working with Agile tools like (Jira, Rally, AGM etc)

Good knowledge of SQL (nice to have)
At least 7+ years of experience as a BA

Ability to identify non-functional requirements (eg
security, release strategy etc)

Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholders using various methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and product analysis, and create functional specifications

Assist Product owners with directing the functional aspect of the day-to-day sprint teamwork

Demonstrate flexible approach to managing late requirements & scope changes

Perform acceptance testing on the designed features to ensure features deliver the expected business value/result

Perform risk assessments on solution & delivery options

Hands on analyst who can work closely with developers to evolve workable solutions

Can demonstrate persistence and tenacity in chasing stakeholders, tracking & closing down tasks

Must have experience in liaising with Product Owner, Java Developers, Testers and Cross functional teams

Must have knowledge and experience working in Agile Environment using SCRUM framework

Must have wide Onsite Client facing or Client interacting experience
