Job Summary:

 

50%: Planning, Coordinating, and Executing Load and Performance Testing using HP PC ALM 11.5 [Loadrunner]. 

50%: Manual Test Case Creation and Execution for Service Accelerator Project.

As a Load & Performance Test Analyst you will work as part of a team responsible for delivering high quality NetApp business applications
Through the application of systematic test tools and processes you will help deliver reliable and scalable tools to support NetApp resources to efficiently complete their activities.   You will be part of a team that writes test standards and procedures, develops, modifies, and executes software test plans; analyzes and maintains documentation of results; and works closely with development engineers in resolution of problems
  This position requires an individual who is creative, a quick learner, driven to produce results and demonstrates the ability to lead small teams or projects.

 

This position also requires the candidate to work with the QA Team creating and executing manual test cases for the Service Accelerator Project.

 

Must Have :

 

Detailed experience with Load and Performance Testing Methodologies

•           Familiarity with identifying business systems bottlenecks and performance tuning

•           Experience creating custom scripts and code to fulfill the functional need overcoming tool limitations

•           Experience in systems validation in all phases of the project life-cycle (design - development – deployment – production)

•           Experience with working directly with customers in defining validation requirements, project objectives, and scope and validation strategy

•           Experience in requirements gathering and documentation using a variety of sources such as internal business analysts, end-users, and developers

•           Experience with Test Plan creation and execution

•           Experience with HP Knowledgebase and Loadrunner message boards and groups

•           Strong oral and written communication skills are essential

•           Self-starter and able to work independently

•           Work collaboratively within a team environment of other testers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards

•           Strong aptitude for learning new technologies

•           Resourceful in applying creative ideas to solve problems

•           Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks

         6+ years of experience utilizing and managing HP Loadrunner, Diagnostics, and Performance Center and applicable components with Oracle, C, VB Script & HTML, and basic Unix commands

•           Experience in installation of Controller,  VuGen, and Generators

•           Experience in using various Loadrunner protocols Ex: Web, Siebel, Oracle NCA, RTE, Java, .Net, etc.

•           Experience with ERP/CRM/WEB applications including Siebel 7.x/SAP/Oracle 11i/12, and SFDC

•           Experience working with Cloud Computing (ie: salesforce.com), SOA, and Agile/Scrum Methodology
