What You’ll be Doing -

We are seeking experienced and skilled Senior Identity Management Engineer (IAM) to manage our IAM services and oversee the maintenance and operations of IAM solutions, particularly with expertise in SailPoint, Microsoft, Okta, or Ping Identity. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our organization's digital assets, systems, and data access.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

•        Lead the engineering, managing and troubleshoot the daily setup, configuration and operations of our identity management software and systems, providing overall management and support of the environment and end users.

•        Maintains and liaison with equipment manufacturers' and other vendors' support teams to ensure satisfactory support levels and resolution of issues.

•        Utilize your knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, and privileged access management, to provide the company’s highest level of service and operational functionality.

•        Manage the ongoing support and configuration of all elements of the company’s Active Directory, SAML and MFA environments.

•        Collaborate with other technical support staff in maintaining efficient operation of Companies identity and access management systems and processes.

•        Implements and maintains data network devices to provide for the 24x7x365 availability of the technology environment.

•        Mentor more junior engineers and support personnel.

•        Exceptional documentation and communication skills in English.

 

What You Bring to the Role

•        Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field

•        In-depth knowledge and experience of IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Microsoft Active Directory / MFA, SAML, Okta, and Ping Identity.

•        Professional understanding or enterprise technologies integrating / augmenting IAM technologies e.g. ERP/ Active Directory/ O365/ Cloud etc.

•        Strong service management and operations capability to analyze, corelate and identify service needs and gaps.

•        Strong understanding of security principles, access controls, identity life cycle and regulatory compliance.

•        Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

•        Experience with on-prem and cloud solutions.

•        Relevant certifications, such as CIAM, CIST, PICASA, OCA, MCIAAA or relevant experience of 4-7 years.
