General Summary:

As a Senior Manager for Brand Management & Online Channel Growth, you will be at the helm of the Snapdragon brand's strategic initiatives to boost demand generation and enhance visibility across digital platforms. Your role will focus on developing and implementing innovative brand management strategies and online growth tactics to position Snapdragon as a leader in the technology space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through targeted digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand management and online channel growth strategies for the Snapdragon brand.

• Lead demand generation campaigns to increase brand visibility and product awareness across digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and mobile marketing.

• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and positioning.

• Collaborate with product management, sales, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches.

• Manage the Snapdragon brand's online presence, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.

• Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand loyalty.

• Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of brand management and online growth initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals and ROI targets.

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the Snapdragon brand at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand management and online channel growth strategies.

• Strong understanding of the mobile technology and semiconductor industry, with specific knowledge of the Snapdragon brand and products.

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and market research. • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content management systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with senior management.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
