•         Zen3 islooking for candidates with 4-8 years of photo journalism experience to produceslideshows for all of Microsoft’s central programming hub, across marketsglobally.

•         Theseslideshows or picture stories will be showcased on Microsoft’s media website(

•         This is aunique opportunity for talented and innovative photo journalists to be a partof a team that’s innovating in the field of consumer content.

•          These candidates will be required to work witha team of editors and photo editors across our many markets globally handlingvarious genres to produce an extremely high quality of picture-led programmingto engage and delight users, as well as support a variety of businessobjectives.

•         Ability andexperience to produce/implement audience-focused content initiatives are keyattributes of this role.

•         Familiaritywith online content publishing tools is a must, as is experience in workingwith photo publishing tools.

•         This teamwill function around the clock, so the candidates will be expected to cover avariety of shifts – mornings, evenings and weekends – but as per a transparentroster.

•         This willalso involve working with editors and photo editors across different timezones.

•         Thesepositions are based in New Delhi / NCR..

ImportantRoles & Responsibilities:

•         Find beautiful images and curate topical slideshows.

•         Work with the photo agencies to surface the latest and best photos.

•         Grow a network of external sources to acquire photos that ouragencies don’t have.

•         Co-ordinate with photo editors and planners to avoid duplication.

•         Inform international markets of content coming down the pipeline.

•         Build slideshows in response to breaking or developing global newsstories.

•         Curate slideshows for live events, as may be needed.

•         Gather KPI reports, share insights, seek feedback and develop bestpractice

•         Working knowledge of online publishing tools and content managementsystems.

•         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

•         Ability to collaborate across international boundaries to deliver sharedgoals.

•         Fantastic eye for spotting stunning photography from multiple sources.

•         Proven ability to generate ideas across a wide range of topicalslideshows.

•         Experience of working in a fast-paced online environment ideally with aninternational community.

•         Solid photo journalistic knowledge in topics of interest for aninternational audience.

•         Strong attention to detail, an appreciation for beautiful visualpresentation and a passion for editorial excellence.

•         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
