Job description
Job Title:Sr Consultant_FICO_AMC support
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Should able to understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Finance and Accounting - General Ledger, Accounts payble, Accounts receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank accounting, Taxation, Financial reporting, costing, Management reporting and able to provide solution for the issue raised by users
- Should able to provide solution for the issues related to Master data, transactions, configuration settings, ABAP objects
- Should able to provide map processes in the event of changes in statutory requirements in line with Union Budget
- Able to provide support in line with agreed SLA. Timely closure of tickets in ticketing tool. Root cause analysis documentation for critical issues. Change request documentation.
- Able to provide training to users
- Able to provide support during period end activities
- Able to develop and deliver custom objects
Minimum Qualification:Graduate - Commerce
Location:Ready to work in any location in India & abroad
Essential Requirement:
- SAP Experience - 6 to 9 yrs
- Domain Experience - 2 to 4 yrs
- Team Handling Experience - -
- Offshore Support project(s) - Supported at least 6 clients
