We have an Urgent opening for Senior Team Lead (Core Java with spring and Hibernate)



Role:  Senior Team Lead
Job Location: Pune -- Hinjewadi
Experience: 7-13 Yrs.



Required Skill:
 
Mandatory: Core Java, Multi-threaded Code, OOAD (Object oriented application design), RDBMS, Web Services.
 

• At least 8 years Core Java experience including strong experience of multithreaded code.

• Experience of using OOD with strong usage of design patterns.

• Extensive experience of working with RDBMS' and with good knowledge of SQL and database design
• Experience working in and maintain releases within a CI environment
• Strong team working skills, able to support their team leader, able to mentor and support junior staff
• Experience of web-services integration using SOAP and REST, and of message based integration
• Experience of  working with Agile scrum
• Good knowledge of CI tools (eg. Maven, Teamcity).
• Experience working with Java application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat and Jetty.
• The ability to work to service SLAs (Service level agreement) and the provision of 3rd line support.
• Very good communication skills both written and verbally
• Significant experience with working with remote teams
• Experience of working directly with business teams to gather requirements
