Diverse Lynx India Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru, Karnataka (Onsite) Full-Time

willing to work in shifts including Nightshifts on rotational basis. All OMCS requirements are Support Projects.
(1 ) FSCM Functional
Candidates with 6 to 11 years of total experience with at least 5 to 7 years of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM implementation experience and 2 to 3 years of experience in Finance domain are preferred but any other domain experience related to finance is added advanced
At least 2 full life cycle implementations in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0/9.1/9.2 with at least 1 as a Functional lead, preferably with US implementation experience
Candidates with education qualifications like ACA, MBA (Finance) & Systems Management is preferred.
Should have excellent client facing and communication skills and ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively.
Candidates would be required to operate at a functional lead level and provide direction to the customer in the functional area.
Should have experience in conducting Requirement gathering workshops, fit/gap analysis and resolutions, creating functional designs, conducting Conference Room Pilots
Experience with writing functional designs and testing for interfaces, conversions and customizations and coordinating with technical teams.
Consistent ability to work seamlessly with clients, respond to competing requests and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, all while delivering positive outcomes that are sure to catapult into a leadership role where you'll be able to own your own projects and implement PeopleSoft solutions with the best
Should have experience in configuring the Applications (not from offshore)
Should be open to extensive travel and work in shifts in support projects.
Should have hands-on experience minimum in any of the 4 modules in the following list
PeopleSoft: - Financials/Supply Chain (FSCM): Asset Management, Billing, General Ledger, Inventory, Maintenance Management, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Strategic Sourcing,
Should have hands-on experience minimum in any of the 2 modules in the following list
PeopleSoft: - Financials/Supply Chain (FSCM): Cash management, Contracts, Expenses, Grants, Project Costing, Supplier Contract Management, Treasury
PSFT Self Service: eProcurement, eSettlements, Expense Management, eBill Payment, eSupplier Connection ( Nice to have )
Should be willing to work hands-on and IC (Independent Contributor) role.
All candidates must be able and willing to work in shifts including night shifts on a rotational basis
The candidate should be open for relocation to either Bangalore OR Hyderabad.


(2) FSCM Techno-Functional

(3) PeopleSoft HCM Technical OR Techno-Functional Position
Experience : Min 5 Yrs of relevant exp
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the PeopleSoft HCM Applications Systems.
The position focuses on PeopleSoft HCM Applications 8.x or 9.x Applications, including Core HR, Base Benefits, Benfits Admin, NA Payroll and TAM modules.
Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft related issues to ensure the accuracy of business systems. Interact with business system users in this effort.
Participate in development of system test plans and acceptance criteria.
Provide PeopleSoft Application Managed services by acting as Technical Analyst in PeopleSoft HCM Modules troubleshoot issues and assist in stabilizing the applications during & post go-live phase.
Clear, effective and pro-active communication with the PM, Team Members and Client Business Users.
Work with the client business users to identify possible improvements in the Customized Objects / Process.
