Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Presales ServiceNow Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to drive successful pre-sales engagements for ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise will be critical in understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and presenting them effectively to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and pain points and develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value of ServiceNow offerings.
  • Translate technical features and capabilities into business benefits for prospective clients.
  • Provide technical expertise during client meetings, workshops, and discussions to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Customize and tailor product demonstrations to align with specific customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate representation of product capabilities to clients.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, proposal content, and technical specifications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Assist in crafting and refining proposal responses, RFPs, and RFIs related to ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with a focus on ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in creating and delivering effective product demonstrations and workshops.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client challenges.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, etc.) would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and practices.
  • A proactive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
