BO-VAS Engineers
BO-VAS Engineers-
• Required Experience in services like Tibco platforms (DIWF, NAI-SA, DPCRF, OCS & VPCRF), Mavenir (TAS, AGW), Nokia product like ALU NGIN, 3DS etc.
• Very good knowledge of Telecoms Protocol like SS7 Signaling Protocol, INAP, CAP & Integration of such Protocol.Diameter Protocol.
• Being well versed in UNIX, LINUX.
• To escalate the trouble ticket to the third Line in any cases of necessity & criticality.
• To be directly in charge of the KPI and SLA of VAS product/ service line, escalation of the network critical alarms and problems.
• Vendor co-ordination, Monitoring & Reporting.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix/Linux and initial understanding of script.
