Title                       : EP Software Engineer
Reports to           : Lead engineer – EP Software Development.
 
Description:
 
o   Design & develop web based applications and also provide support by finding methods to enhance the application. (ASP.Net Framework)
o   Contribute in each phases of SDLC to deliver the application successfully with the quality.
o   Implement the Client side Scripting, Web Programming Languages,  Deployment, Web services, AJAX Controls, Troubleshooting.
o   Designing the database skeleton by using the proper normalization rules.
o   Code Optimization to improve the efficiency.
o   Responsible for making the EXE files, Set Up Files, Batch Files.
o   Gathering the requirements and freezing it and understanding the overview of the application before making the prototype.
o   Applying the proper testing methods to test the software.
o   Understanding of how the security systems plays the role in the organizations level.
o   Integrating virtualization techniques for efficient utilization of IT resources.
o   Applications Maintenance, Support and Documentation for the projects Developed.
o   Good knowledge on software development life cycle.
 
Mission:
 
1.       Apply the System Development objectives of the Engineering wing.
2.       Identify Key Challenges and propose action plans oriented to improve the efficiency in Day to Day Projects(Tasks).
3.       Implement or participate in the implementation of this actions related with the objectives in the project teams.
4.       Lead the continuous improvement and rationalize the needs and user's propositions of development.
5.       Identify and apply good practices.Organize and/or lead internal trainings, create the documentation if needed.
6.       Test Software upgrades for, "FIT To” requirements.
 
Qualification & Experience
 
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/Information Science/Computer Appications.We are looking for 4 - 5 years of relevant experience preferably in Analysis, Design and Development of various software applications and interaction with project team and customers.
 
o   Minimum 2 Year of experience in MVC development is must
o   SQL DB : SQL queries, Stored Proc creation etc
o   Good Working knowledge on Programming Languages( C#, VB)
o   International mind set, ability to work with international customers
o   Fluent in written and spoken English language
o   Flexibility - ability to adopt working hours to the business needs.
