Client Name: Cargill Job Title: Field Service Engineer WON/SWON : <> Reporting to: Aqueel Shopurwala Location: India - Gurgaon Department/Practice: IT Job Purpose and primary objectives: Provide 2 nd level IT support in trading environment Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
  • Providing customer break fix support including off office hours and weekends for designated equipment in building
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
  • Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
  • Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
  • Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
  • Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables
  • Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met
  • Executive, traders support.
  • Video conferencing support.
  • Support Remote support teams if required.
  • Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects) only locally within the location.

Key Skills/Knowledge:
  • Experience with operating system installation using SCMM, anti-spyware, anti-virus, custom and commercial software
  • Experience with mobile telephony technologies (MobileIron, iPad, Android and iPhone)
  • Knowledge on office products like word/excel/Email clients
  • Proficiency in desktop support including knowledge of current Windows operating systems
  • Hardware support - laptops, Printers, Desktop, Telephony equipment's break fix
  • Backup restore of OS and Data
  • Procurement of Hardware, Maintaining the assets and Hardware spare stocks
  • Hands on Audio/Video Conferencing experience
  • Experience in performing asset refresh
  • Experience in network trouble shooting
  • Basic Knowledge on windows Active directory and group policies
  • Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment and ladder up to 30 kg.
  • Bilingual (Mandarin & English)
Experience required:
  • Good Communication skills
  • ITIL concepts strongly preferred
  • MCSE or MCP preferred
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a trading environment
Duration of the Assignment: 2 Years. Can be extended. Start Date (please mention the date not ASAP) : 27/12/2021 Rate per day/month of billing that TCS will get from client: Salary Range Payable (please specify if sales incentive plan will be applicable ): Number of persons required: 1 Special working conditions (travel, on call etc): Candidate will be based at Indonesia Ketapang Poliplant working in a shift 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM Can be called outside office hours for major incidents at the location. I.e. Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive. Good communication skills required.
