General Summary:

Job Description:

• Resource Planning for multiple concurrent Chip development projects across multiple sites and across multiple market segments.

• Accurate forecast of resource requirements, gaps analysis and ensuring actuals closely track the forecast are key result areas

• Implement automation in analytical tools to ensure accuracy and reduce processing/ turnaround time

• Responsible for the development and administration of BI tools/dashboards. o transform raw data into meaningful insights by building interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports : perform a wide range of tasks such as reporting, building dashboards, building data models, analyzing datasets, and administration of content

• Weekly/ Regular tracking & reporting of Site KPIs, Ops highlights, and plans to site leads, Engineering department leads and executive management

• Documenting our current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business processes; Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.

• Ability to communicate & collaborate with cross-functional teams; Data-oriented & analytical mindset

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly organize and articulate information

• Strong presentation skills

• Excellent analytical skills and eye for detail

• 5-10 years of experience in Engineering & Operations Management, preferably in Semiconductor companies

• Hands-on expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point, Power BI, Thoughtspot, Tableau/ BI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Semiconductor domain (not mandatory)

• Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering /Preferred: Master of Business Administration

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
OR
Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
